"I stand tall knowing that my diversity is embraced and that my dreams are without limits. I stand tall knowing that my lineage consists of individuals who are driven by faith and continuously demonstrate resilience while facing immense diversity. Canada is my Home and Haiti is my History!"
Exactly one month ago today, The Young World Faces of Pan Am 2015 exhibit premiered at the Commerce Court West (199 Bay Street) in Toronto. Forty-One Torontonian women were chosen to represent the forty-one nations and territories of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games. Every portrait stands 7' tall and is displayed in it's own individual lightbox. I was chosen to be the face of Haiti by project creator and photographer Robert Young. I remain extremely grateful for the opportunity and encourage everyone to go and see the beauty that lies in our diversity!
The Exhibit is on now until August 23rd 2015!
